Norman Grabowski (Born Norman Grabouski, 5 February 1933, Irvington New Jersey; died 12 October 2012, Cassville Missouri). Actor and custom hotrod car builder, Grabowski created the first ‘T-Bucket’ hot-rod, which appeared in 77 Sunset Strip (TV 1958 – 64) as “Kookie’s Kar” – belonging to Edd Byrnes’ character ‘Kookie’. Grabowski began appearing in hot-rod movies with his cars, then picking up cameo roles as footballers and heavies.
